Auntie Laura's Spinach Dip

This dip is seriously ADDICTING! It is an easy dip to make, especially if you keep some of the ingredients on hand...and it can be made ahead of time so you can ENJOY the celebration...whatever it may be!

Auntie Laura’s Spinach Dip
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup green onion, thinly sliced
½ tsp. dill seed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. Lawry’s seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 8 oz. cans sliced water chestnuts, chopped {thank you, honey for dumpster diving!}

Mix all ingredients together. May be made 24 hrs. ahead of time. Flavors are way better after it sits in the fridge for several hours.
Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, or chunks of crusty bread.
ENJOY!

"Riches are a blessing only to those who make them a blessing to others."

HAPPY HAPPY FRIDAY!

  6. Love spinach dip! Something I do is use plain yogurt in place of the sour cream and it cuts down on some of the calories. :-)

    Wish I had some of this right now!
